This Halloween, your favorite speed shop hotspot is turning East Village into a delectable nightmare for a Night With The Dead Duchess. Nothing is off the table at the place where a motorcycle chain has been repurposed into a grunge chandelier and 50’s vibes are spun into a Kustom Culture wonderland for all-out parties and killer cocktails.
